The following forms are for volunteers
Mentoring Volunteer
Use this form to apply to become a mentor. We recruit on a regular basis and if the application is successful you will have inhouse training.
Student Counselling Volunteer
Use this form if you are a student wishing to volunteer for counselling. This is used for a counsellor who is not yet qualified and will still be in education.
Counsellor Volunteer
Use this form to apply to become a Volunteer Counsellor. This form is used for anyone who has completed their qualifications to practice as a counsellor.
Trustee Application Form
Use this form to apply to become a Trustee with One to One.
